Our challenge lay in driving existing Nestlé customers to try their new premium coffee brand, Suraya, and build loyalty in this highly competitive instant coffee market. Our creative thinking lay in the idea of linking the exotic ingredients and taste of the product with an alluring destination.
The top prize of a trip to Bali was featured in a highly impactful and engaging campaign, as well as a money-off coupon to encourage sampling and a questionnaire that allowed us gain valuable market insights into the purchasing behaviour of these customers. The campaign was highly in establishing a new coffee brand and exceeded all targets.
