Customer Engagement Programme
BWG Foods and their retail division, XL Stores, wanted to engage their customers in a programme that would reward them for their loyalty whilst also getting them involved with their local XL store. And so 'Picture XL' was born - an exciting and engaging photography competition which asked customers to visualise the letters 'X' and 'L' in the most creative way possible in a photo.
The campaign was launched through in-store communications and online banner ads and centred around a website where entrants could upload their photos and comment on other entries.
