MARK CASSIN

Managing Director

Mark has a B.Sc. in Management from Trinity College and a Diploma in Advanced Marketing Techniques. Mark established DMA 20 years ago and in that time has built up a wealth of experience working with many Irish and international clients. 

Mark has been a Board member of the Irish Direct Marketing Association, twice having held the position of Chairman. He is a member of the Marketing Institute. Mark also lectures at marketing courses and has spoken at many industry events.

CELINE DEE

Client Services Director

Celine was so attuned to her love of design from an early age that she saved for an entire year for Fashion Wheel in 1982. That one toy initiated a passion for fashion, branding, communications but moreso, great ideas. 

That passion for great ideas and greater return on ideas (ROI) is still alive and has allowed Celine to work on large national and international brand programmes for Honda, Nurofen, Meteor, Musgraves, Britvic, Georgia Pacific, Trinity Biotech and SEAI.

DEREK REDICAN

Creative Director

Derek came to DMA with bags of international experience in almost every discipline of advertising and design. 

An ex-Airbrush Illustrator who got bored with perfecting other people’s ideas, he decided to peddle his own and became an Art Director at some of the world’s leading agencies including Vernon Oakley, Ogilvy & Mather, Publicis and BBDO.

SARAH MCDEVITT

Head Of Digital - Red Ant 

Sarah holds a BA (hons) degree in media production and management. 

She has a wide depth of experience across clients in entertainment such as Universal Pictures and Universal Music, in retail with Xtravision and Specsavers, across finance working with Visa and Bank of America and e-commerce experience with brands such as Littlewoods Ireland. 

She has a true passion for analytics and ROI and a strong desire to help clients discover their online opportunity.
